Aerial Hoop LYRA
Aerial Hoop/Lyra Basic Program - Let's learn to fly!
Designed to help studio members build a strong foundation in aerial skills and inversions by requiring students to also enroll in flexibility and conditioning classes. Students are expected to enroll in several classes a week to take full benefit of the program.
Goal is to complete 30 hours in a three-month consecutive time span. Enrollment is ongoing; students can enroll anytime.
Other benefits of becoming studio members include discounted studio merchandise, nutrition counseling, event planning, and acro yoga-based massage therapy. We strive to build a community from the grassroots.
