Pole and Handstand Basic Program: Start with the basics!
Designed to build a strong foundation for ground inversions, flexibility, and coordination.
Students who sign up for this program are expected to enroll in several classes a week to take full benefit of the curriculum, which includes unlimited classes. Goal is to complete 30 hours in a three-month consecutive time span. Enrollment is ongoing; students can enroll anytime. Other benefits of becoming a studio member include discounted studio merchandise, nutrition counseling sessions, costume making, event planning, self-defense, and acro yoga-based massage therapy. We strive to be your one-stop shop for a healthier, creative lifestyle.
Pole and Handstand Advanced Program:
Designed to build studio members' skills to teach and guide others in their yoga/pole practice. Goal is to complete 200 hours of classes. More information to come.
