The only way students will progress is by making a commitment. We offer a 3 month program specializing in Pole and Handstands. This membership program includes Flexibility classes which is vital to students’ training. Also we host Saturday open workouts, 4:30-6:30pm, which is only open to active membership who seek more practice time

The only way students will progress is by making a commitment. We offer a 3 month program specializing in Aerial Hoop. This membership program includes Flexibility classes which is vital to students’ training. Also we host Saturday open workouts, 4:30-6:30pm, which is only open to active membership who seek more practice time.

 

The 360 Wellness Program is a three-month program focusing on one air discipline (Pole or Lyra), and rotating five ground disciplines including: Find My Handstand,  Flexibility, Strength and Conditioning, Acro Partner Yoga, and Gymnastics Foundations. This program is designed for the person seeking new challenges while strengthening weaknesses and discovering their strengths. Ground disciplines will cover proper technique and safety, while the air discipline explores self-expression and sequencing.

 

We encourage beginner students to take at least two classes a week. The goal is to finish 30 hours in the three month time span. When the student has finished 30 hours, the instructor will help you continue your practice by challenging you with more advanced positions and movements. The advanced program is 200 hours and you will have an opportunity to become a teacher assistant upon completion.
